潍坊地区孕产妇脐带血储存意愿相关因素研究

Study on Related Factors of Maternal Umbilical Cord Blood Storage Willingness in Weifang Area

摘要: 目的：探讨潍坊地区孕产妇脐带血储存意愿及其影响因素。方法：采用问卷调查法，收集510名孕产妇的一般资料、血液系统疾病认知、脐带血、脐血库认知及储存意愿等数据，采用SPSS22.0进行统计分析。结果：510名被调查者中，脐带血储存意愿率为41.76%。脐带血储存意愿与骨髓增生异常综合征认知(P = 0.003)、通过专业书籍及讲座获取血液病知识(P = 0.038)、遗传(P = 0.042)和电离辐射(P = 0.008)与血液系统致病相关、捐献骨髓造血干细胞意愿(P = 0.003)、脐带血可应用于亲人认知(P = 0.001)、脐血库处理存储技术成熟情况(P = 0.003)、周围人群储存情况(P = 0.000)、配偶意见(P = 0.030)等因素相关。结论：孕产妇对血液病知识认知情况及获取途径、脐带血的认知水平、家庭成员影响及对脐血库技术的信任度是影响其储存意愿的关键因素。

Abstract: Purpose: To explore the willingness of pregnant women in Weifang area to store umbilical cord blood and its influencing factors. Methods: A questionnaire survey was conducted to collect data on the general information of 510 pregnant women, their knowledge of hematological diseases, their understanding of umbilical cord blood and cord blood banks, and their willingness to store umbilical cord blood. Statistical analysis was performed using SPSS 22.0. Results: Among the 510 respondents, the willingness rate to store umbilical cord blood was 41.76%. The willingness to store umbilical cord blood was related to the awareness of myelodysplastic syndrome (P = 0.003), obtaining knowledge of hematological diseases through professional books and lectures (P = 0.038), the understanding that genetics (P = 0.042) and ionizing radiation (P = 0.008) are related to hematological diseases, the willingness to donate bone marrow hematopoietic stem cells (P = 0.003), the awareness that umbilical cord blood can be used for relatives (P = 0.001), the maturity of cord blood bank processing and storage technology (P = 0.003), the storage situation of people around (P = 0.000), and the opinion of the spouse (P = 0.030). Conclusion: The key factors influencing the willingness of pregnant women to store umbilical cord blood are their knowledge of hematological diseases and the way they obtain it, their understanding of umbilical cord blood, the influence of family members, and their trust in the technology of cord blood banks.
