基于“形不足者，温之以气”论治慢性荨麻疹

Treating Chronic Urticaria Based on the Principle “For Physical Insufficiency, Warm It with Qi”

摘要: 慢性荨麻疹属于中医“瘾疹”范畴，其发病机制以“本虚标实”为特点，主要由禀赋不足、感受外邪所致。本文基于《内经》“形不足者，温之以气”的理论，系统阐释其“本虚”内涵，提出“三虚致风，同源异路”的病机新论，建立“一核三维，动态调和”的治疗模式。通过系统论述以玉屏风散为核心方的辨证化裁规律，阐述“益气固表”、“温阳化气”、“养血和营”三大治则下的用药思路，为慢性荨麻疹的临床治疗提供系统、有效的辨证用药体系。

Abstract: Chronic urticaria falls under the category of “hidden rash” (Yin Zhen) in Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM). Its pathogenesis is characterized by “root deficiency and superficial excess” (Ben Xu Biao Shi), primarily caused by constitutional insufficiency and exposure to external pathogenic factors. Based on the theory from the Inner Canon (Huangdi Neijing) that “for physical insufficiency, warm it with Qi,” this article systematically elucidates the connotation of its “root deficiency” and proposes a new pathogenetic theory of “Three Deficiencies Generating Wind, Sharing a Common Origin but Following Different Pathways”. It establishes a treatment model of “One Core, Three Dimensions, Dynamic Harmonization”. By systematically discussing the principles of pattern differentiation and modification of formulas centered on Yupingfeng Powder (Jade Wind-Barrier Powder), it expounds on the medication approaches under the three major treatment principles: “Supplementing Qi and Securing the Exterior”, “Warming Yang to Transform Qi”, and “Nourishing Blood and Harmonizing the Nutritive Level”. This aims to provide a systematic and effective pattern differentiation-based medication system for the clinical treatment of chronic urticaria.
