摘要: 随着人口老龄化进展,癌症发病率逐年上升,其中妇科恶性肿瘤发病率仅次于乳腺癌,成为威胁女性身心健康的杀手之一。肿瘤的发生和致病机制十分复杂,细胞增殖与凋亡失衡是其最重要的机制之一。X连锁细胞凋亡抑制剂的结合伴侣(XAF1)已被证实在多种肿瘤中发挥着重要作用,本文汇总归纳XAF1在妇科恶性肿瘤中的现有研究及最新进展,旨在为妇科恶性肿瘤的潜在治疗及预防提供方向。
Abstract: With the progression of population aging, the incidence of cancer has been increasing annually. Among these, the incidence of gynecological malignancies ranks second only to breast cancer, posing a significant threat to women’s physical and mental health. The pathogenesis of tumors is highly complex, with an imbalance between cell proliferation and apoptosis being one of the most critical mechanisms. X-linked inhibitor of apoptosis-associated factor 1 (XAF1) has been demonstrated to play a pivotal role in various tumors. This review consolidates current research and recent advancements regarding XAF1 in gynecological malignancies, aiming to provide insights into potential therapeutic and preventive strategies for these cancers.
