县域电子商务发展现状研究——以甘肃省会宁县为例

Research on the Current Situation of County-Level Areas E-Commerce Development—Taking Huining County in Gansu Province as an Example

摘要: 本文聚焦县域电子商务发展现状，以会宁县为例，甘肃省会宁县电子商务经过多年的发展已取得长足进步，并且在县域经济占据重要地位，发挥重要作用。其电商服务体系逐渐完善，交易规模持续扩大，特色农产品在电商平台的助力下走向了更广阔的市场，然而，在其发展过程中仍存在专业人才匮乏、物流配送低下、品牌建设欠缺以及产业融合欠佳等问题。针对这些问题，本文提出加大人才培养与引进力度、继续优化物流配送体系建设、加强品牌建设、进一步推进产业深度融合等对策建议，旨在促进电子商务持续健康发展，助力县域经济更好更快发展和高质量推进乡村振兴。

Abstract: This article focuses on the current situation of e-commerce development in county-level. After years of development, e-commerce in Huining County, Gansu Province, has made considerable progress and holds an important position and plays a significant role in the county’s economy. Its e-commerce service system has gradually improved, the transaction scale has continued to expand, and characteristic agricultural products have reached a broader market with the help of e-commerce platforms. However, there are still problems such as a lack of professional talents, low logistics and distribution efficiency, insufficient brand building, and poor integration of industries in its development process. In response to these problems, this article proposes countermeasures and suggestions such as increasing the cultivation and introduction of talents, continuously optimizing the logistics and distribution system, strengthening brand building, and further promoting the deep integration of industries, aiming to promote the sustained and healthy development of e-commerce, and assist in the better and faster development of the county economy and the high-quality advancement of rural revitalization.
