试论电力供需矛盾缓解条件下的电力需求侧管理

The Power Demand Side Management in Conditions of Relieving the Contradiction between Demand and Supply for Power

摘要:  近年来，中国经济持续快速发展，能源与电力是经济发展的动力源，其地位和作用也越来越重要。电力需求侧管理作为一种先进的、以节约电力为主要目的的资源规划方法和管理技术,不仅对缓解电力短缺、提高用电效率和提高效益等方面有着十分重要的作用，而且还能够促进经济、资源和环境相协调的可持续发展。本文在系统阐述了国内外实施电力需求侧管理现状的基础上，从电力供需缓解的角度研究推行电力需求侧管理的创新性对策。

Abstract: Energy and power are the power source of the economic development. In recent years, energy and power play an increasingly important role in the sustained and rapid economic development in China. As an advanced resource planning method and management technology which mainly aims at saving power, power demand side management can not only ease the power shortage and lift power efficiency, but also promote the harmonious and sustainable development of economy, resources and environment. Based on the theoretical research of power demand side management, this paper studies innovative measures for power demand side management in order to relieve the contradiction between power demand and supply.
