外阴白色病变采用熏洗I号方施治验案一则

摘要: 外阴白色病变是妇科常见疑难病，以局部色素减退、瘙痒及萎缩为主要特征，病变日久皮肤纹理增粗、阴道口狭窄、性交痛、破溃，部分病例有恶变可能。西医治疗疗效有限且易复发。导师基于多年临床实践，以“清热利湿”为核心治则，经反复验证优化，最终拟定熏洗I号方。该方在临床实践中收效显著，且经长期观察未发现明显不良反应，为外阴白色病变外治提供了有效选择。该文阐述熏洗I号方熏洗坐浴治疗外阴白色病变验案1则。

Abstract: Vulvar leukoplakia is a common and difficult gynecological condition, primarily characterized by local depigmentation, itching, and atrophy. With a prolonged disease course, skin texture thickens, the vaginal opening narrows, sexual intercourse becomes painful, and ulceration may occur; some cases have the potential for malignancy. Western medicine treatment has limited efficacy and is prone to recurrence. Based on years of clinical practice, the mentor, with the principle of “clearing heat and eliminating dampness” as the core treatment, repeatedly verified and optimized the approach, ultimately formulating Decoction I for fumigation and washing. This formula has shown significant clinical efficacy, and long-term observation has not detected obvious adverse reactions, providing an effective option for external treatment of vulvar leukoplakia. This paper presents a clinical case using Decoction I fumigation and sitz bath for the treatment of vulvar leukoplakia.
