从燥湿互化理论探讨银屑病的治疗

Exploring the Treatment of Psoriasis from the Perspective of Dryness-Dampness Transformation Theory

摘要: 银屑病皮损通常有干燥鳞屑、红斑、渗液等表现，且银屑病具有病程长、容易反复发作、缠绵难愈、冬重夏轻等特点，兼具“燥”与“湿”，单一治则往往疗效有限。本文从银屑病中燥与湿的临床表现，分析其内在病机联系，阐述二者相兼为病的必然性，基于“润燥与祛湿并举”的核心治则，探讨临床银屑病的诊疗。

Abstract: Psoriasis lesions typically present with dry scales, erythema, exudation, and other manifestations. The disease is characterized by a long course, frequent recurrence, persistent resistance to cure, and a tendency to worsen in winter and improve in summer, exhibiting features of both “dryness” and “dampness”. As a result, single therapeutic principles often yield limited efficacy. This article analyzes the clinical manifestations of dryness and dampness in psoriasis, explores their intrinsic pathological connections, and elucidates the inevitability of their co-existence in the disease. Based on the core treatment principle of “concurrently moisturizing dryness and eliminating dampness”, it discusses the clinical diagnosis and treatment of psoriasis.
