联合5-羟色胺相关药物治疗慢性痒疹临床疗效观察

摘要: 目的:探讨联合5-羟色胺相关药物(依匹斯汀胶囊、赛庚啶片)治疗慢性痒疹的临床疗效。方法:全部病例随机分成两组:A组(观察组)共40例:采用口服依匹斯汀胶囊、赛庚啶片,采用氟芬那酸丁酯(布特)软膏,卤米松乳膏,两者混合外涂;B组(对照组)共40例:采用氟芬那酸丁酯(布特)软膏,卤米松乳膏,两者混合外涂。结果:两组皮疹消退对比:A组总有效率为87.5%,B组总有效率为55.0%,两组总有效率经χ2检验,χ2 = 10.31,P < 0.01,差异有统计学意义。两组瘙痒消退对比:A组总有效率为85.0%,B组总有效率为55.0%,两组总有效率经χ2检验,χ2 = 8.57,P < 0.01,差异有统计学意义。说明A组疗效优于B组疗效。结论:5-羟色胺相关药物(依匹斯汀胶囊、赛庚啶片)治疗慢性痒疹取得较好疗效,值得临床推广。
Abstract: Objective: To investigate the clinical effect of 5-hydroxytryptamine-related drugs (Epinastine capsule, cyproheptadine tablets) in the treatment of chronic prurigo. Methods: All the patients were randomly divided into two groups: group A (observation group) 40 cases in total: using oral administration of Epinastine capsule, cyproheptadine tablets, using bufloxacin (Bute) ointment, Halometasone Cream, both mixed external application; group B (control group) 40 cases in total: using bufloxacin (Bute) ointment, Halometasone Cream, both mixed external applications. Results: Comparison of two groups in the disappearance of rash: the total effective rate was 87.5% in group A and 55.0% in group B. The total effective rate of the two groups was tested by χ2 test, χ2 =10.31, P < 0.01, the difference was statistically significant. Comparison of pruritus relief between the two groups: The total effective rate of group A and group B was 85.0% and 55.0%, respectively. The total effective rate of the two groups was tested by χ2 test, χ2 = 8.57, P < 0.01, the difference was statistically significant. It shows that the effect of group A is better than that of group B. Conclusion: 5-hydroxytryptamine-related drugs (Epinastine capsule, cyproheptadine tablets) have a good effect on chronic prurigo, and are worth clinical promotion.
