针灸美容的研究进展

摘要: 随着时代的发展，人类预期寿命的提高，人们对于美的要求正在不断增加。现代医学美容技术的快速发展，使得针灸美容作为一种传统中医疗法，因其自然、安全、整体调节的优势，日益受到国内外学者和消费者的关注。针灸美容以中医理论为基础，通过刺激特定穴位，调节气血运行、平衡阴阳、疏通经络，从而改善皮肤问题、延缓衰老，并减少化学或手术美容带来的副作用。近年来，大量研究表明，针灸可促进胶原蛋白合成、改善微循环、调节内分泌，对痤疮、黄褐斑、面部皱纹等均有显著疗效。同时，现代技术如电针、激光穴位刺激等的发展，进一步提高了针灸美容的精准性和可操作性。然而，目前针灸美容仍面临作用机制研究不足、临床标准化欠缺等问题，限制了其国际化推广。因此，本文系统梳理针灸美容的理论基础、作用机制及临床研究进展，探讨其未来发展方向，以期为针灸美容的科学研究与临床应用提供参考，推动中西医结合美容医学的创新发展。

Abstract: With the advancement of the times and the increase in human life expectancy, people’s demands for beauty are continuously rising. The rapid development of modern medical aesthetics technology has led to acupuncture beauty treatments, as a traditional Chinese medicine therapy, gaining increasing attention from scholars and consumers both domestically and internationally due to their natural, safe, and holistic regulatory advantages. Rooted in traditional Chinese medicine theory, acupuncture beauty stimulates specific acupoints to regulate qi and blood circulation, balance yin and yang, and unblock meridians. This holistic approach improves skin conditions, delays aging, and minimizes side effects associated with chemical or surgical cosmetic procedures. Recent studies have demonstrated that acupuncture promotes collagen synthesis, enhances microcirculation, and regulates endocrine function, yielding significant therapeutic effects on acne, melasma, and facial wrinkles. Concurrently, advancements in modern techniques such as electroacupuncture and laser acupoint stimulation have further enhanced the precision and operability of acupuncture-based aesthetic treatments. However, acupuncture cosmetology currently faces challenges including insufficient research on its mechanisms of action and a lack of clinical standardization, which limit its international promotion. Therefore, this paper systematically reviews the theoretical foundations, mechanisms of action, and clinical research progress of acupuncture cosmetology, explores its future development directions, and aims to provide references for scientific research and clinical application in acupuncture cosmetology, thereby promoting the innovative development of integrated Chinese and Western medicine in aesthetic medicine.
