电商背景下独山“三酸”销售现状及其策略研究
Research on the Sales Status and Strategies of Dushan “Three Acids” in the Context of E-Commerce
摘要: “三酸”(盐酸、虾酸、臭酸)是独山县人民在历史背景下创造的独特发酵食物,本文旨在深入探讨“三酸”在电子商务背景下的销售现状与发展策略。通过对独山县“三酸”产业发展历程的梳理,分析了当前传统销售模式与电子商务模式并行的现状,总结了电商化进程中在产品标准化、品牌建设、物流运输、人才培养等方面面临的问题。研究认为,独山“三酸”产业应当通过品牌化建设、数字化营销创新、产业链整合及文旅融合等策略提升市场竞争力。同时,本文提出了强化政策支持、完善基础设施、推动产学研结合等实施保障措施,以促进独山“三酸”产业的现代化转型升级,为地方特色农产品电子商务发展提供参考借鉴。
Abstract: The “Three Acids” (hydrochloric acid, shrimp acid, and stinky acid) are unique fermented foods created by the people of Dushan County under specific historical circumstances. This paper aims to explore the sales status and development strategies of the “Three Acids” in the context of e-commerce. By reviewing the development history of the “Three Acids” industry in Dushan County, the study analyzes the current parallel existence of traditional sales models and e-commerce models. It summarizes the challenges faced during the e-commerce transformation, including product standardization, brand building, logistics, and talent cultivation. The research suggests that the Dushan “Three Acids” industry should enhance its market competitiveness through strategies such as brand development, digital marketing innovation, industrial chain integration, and cultural-tourism integration. Additionally, this paper proposes implementation safeguards, including strengthening policy support, improving infrastructure, and promoting industry-academia-research collaboration, to facilitate the modernization and transformation of the Dushan “Three Acids” industry. The findings provide valuable insights for the development of e-commerce for other local specialty agricultural products.
