数字包容视角下社会工作介入提升老年人社区电商使用能力的路径探索

Exploring the Path of Social Work Intervention to Improve the Ability of Elderly Community E-Commerce from the Perspective of Digital Inclusion

摘要: 随着信息技术的发展，社区电商(如美团优选、多多买菜)已深度融入城市生活，却因老年群体面临技能不足、信任缺失、身体限制及心理障碍等困境，导致其遭遇数字边缘化。本研究从社会工作“数字包容”视角出发，通过需求评估，从小组工作、个案辅导、社区支持网络构建三维度探索介入路径。本研究预期该综合模式不仅旨在提升老年人社区电商使用技能，更增强其自信心、社会连接感与幸福感；还可为推动数字包容战略落地、促进老年人数字时代社会参与及生活质量提升提供参考。

Abstract: With the development of information technology, community e-commerce (such as Meituan Youxuan and Duoduo Shopping) has been deeply integrated into urban life, but the elderly groups face difficulties such as lack of skills, lack of trust, physical limitations and psychological disorders, resulting in digital marginalization. Starting from the perspective of “digital inclusion” of social work, this study explores the intervention path from the three-dimensional construction of group work, case counseling and community support network through demand assessment. Practice shows that this comprehensive model not only improves the skills of the elderly in the community to use e-commerce, but also enhances their self-confidence, sense of social connection and happiness. The research can provide reference for promoting the implementation of digital inclusion strategies, promoting the social participation of the elderly in the digital age and improving the quality of life.
