摘要: 本研究系统梳理了慢性病患者疾病获益感(BF)的核心概念与临床意义，重点剖析纵向研究中研究对象特征、资料分析方法、测量时间点设计及变化趋势的现有成果。通过整合国内外文献发现，BF作为积极心理适应过程，其动态变化受到多种因素的影响且呈现多样化轨迹。研究旨在为后续纵向研究的方法论优化及临床干预策略的精准制定提供理论依据，同时指出现有研究在样本异质性、时间点理论支撑及混合研究方法应用方面的不足。
Abstract: This study systematically sorted out the core concept and clinical significance of Benefit Finding (BF) in patients with chronic diseases, focusing on analyzing the existing results of the characteristics of study objects, data analysis methods, measurement time point design and change trends in longitudinal studies. Through integrating domestic and foreign literature, it is found that BF, as a positive psychological adaptation process, its dynamic changes are affected by multiple factors and present diverse trajectories. The study aims to provide a theoretical basis for methodological optimization of subsequent longitudinal studies and accurate formulation of clinical intervention strategies, and also points out the shortcomings of existing studies in terms of sample heterogeneity, theoretical support at time points, and application of mixed research methods.
