摘要: 在“双碳”目标与消费升级的双重驱动下,电商行业作为连接生产与消费的核心枢纽,其绿色转型不仅关乎自身可持续发展,更对供应链上下游的低碳变革具有辐射作用。ESG (环境、社会、治理)理念作为衡量企业可持续发展能力的核心框架,正逐步成为电商企业绿色创新的重要驱动力。不同于传统制造业,电商企业的绿色创新聚焦于平台运营、物流配送、数字技术应用等场景,而ESG表现通过资源整合、声誉积累、风险管控等路径,为绿色创新提供了独特的支撑逻辑。本文将从ESG三大维度出发,剖析电商企业ESG表现对绿色创新的影响路径,并结合行业特性提出优化策略,为电商行业的可持续发展提供思路。
Abstract: Driven by the dual goals of “carbon peak and carbon neutrality” and consumption upgrading, the e-commerce industry, as a core hub connecting production and consumption, is undergoing green transformation that not only impacts its own sustainable development but also radiates influence on low-carbon reforms across the supply chain. The ESG (Environmental, Social, and, Governance) framework, as a core metric for assessing corporate sustainability, is increasingly becoming a key driver of green innovation for e-commerce enterprises. Unlike traditional manufacturing, e-commerce green innovation focuses on scenarios such as platform operations, logistics delivery, and digital technology applications. Meanwhile, ESG performance provides unique support logic for green innovation through resource integration, reputation accumulation, and risk management. This paper will analyze the pathways of ESG performance influencing green innovation in e-commerce enterprises from the three ESG dimensions, propose optimization strategies based on industry characteristics, and offer insights for the sustainable development of the e-commerce sector.
