摘要: 本文对一例弥漫大B细胞淋巴瘤经CHOP方案化疗后全身淋巴结消失但脾脏病灶进展一例诊治报道。 This paper reports the diagnosis and treatment of a patient with Diffuse Large B-Cell Lymphoma in which the body lymph nodes disappeared through CHOP chemotherapy but the splenic lesion developed.
