摘要: 在全球经济数字化转型的浪潮中，跨境电商平台蓬勃发展，成为推动国际贸易的新动力。然而，该领域劳动者的权益保障问题却日益凸显。研究从劳动价值理论出发，深入剖析跨境电商平台劳动者的劳动价值创造过程，探讨其权益保障现存的问题及根源，并提出针对性的解决策略，旨在促进跨境电商行业的可持续发展与劳动者权益的有效保障。

Abstract: Amid the wave of global economic digital transformation, cross-border e-commerce platforms have experienced vigorous development and emerged as a new driver for international trade. However, issues concerning the protection of workers’ rights and interests in this field have become increasingly prominent. Starting from the labor value theory, the study conducts an in-depth analysis of the labor value creation process of workers on cross-border e-commerce platforms, explores the existing problems and their root causes in the protection of workers’ rights and interests, and proposes targeted solutions. It aims to promote the sustainable development of the cross-border e-commerce industry and the effective protection of workers’ rights and interests.
