Visual Analysis of the Impact of Non-State-Owned Shareholder Governance on Performance

摘要: 本文基于CNKI数据库2015~2025年间有关“非国有股东治理对企业绩效影响”的102篇核心文献，以CiteSpace为研究工具，对其进行了系统的可视化分析。通过关键词共现、关键词聚类，并结合时间线演进与突现词探测，直观揭示了该研究领域的知识结构、演进轨迹与前沿动态。分析发现，该领域已形成以“国有企业”为制度背景，以“股权结构”为权力基础，以“公司治理”为核心传导机制，并最终作用于多维“企业绩效”的严密研究框架。研究演进表明，学界关注点已从早期的宏观结构问题，逐步深化至“治理效应”等层面。前沿分析进一步指出，未来研究将继续聚焦于非国有股东参与治理的效应影响，为深化国有企业混合所有制改革提供更精准的理论指引与实践启示。

Abstract: Based on 102 core literatures related to “The Impact of Non-state-owned Shareholder Governance on Enterprise Performance” in the CNKI database from 2015 to 2025, this paper conducts a systematic visual analysis using CiteSpace as the research tool. Through keyword co-occurrence, keyword clustering, and in combination with timeline evolution and emergent word detection, the knowledge structure, evolution trajectory and cutting-edge trends of this research field are visually revealed. Analysis reveals that a rigorous research framework has been formed in this field, which takes “state-owned enterprises” as the institutional background, “equity structure” as the power foundation, “corporate governance” as the core transmission mechanism, and ultimately affects multi-dimensional “enterprise performance”. Research evolution indicates that the academic focus has gradually deepened from early macro-structural issues to levels such as “governance effects”. Frontier analysis further indicates that future research will continue to focus on the impact of non-state-owned shareholders’ participation in governance, providing more precise theoretical guidance and practical inspiration for deepening the mixed-ownership reform of state-owned enterprises.
