糖尿病护理小组模式在糖尿病患者护理中的运用研究

摘要: 目的：深入探究糖尿病护理小组模式对糖尿病患者的干预效果。方法：选取2024年3月至2024年8月于义乌市中心院老年糖尿病患者112例进行研究，按照随机数字表法将患者分为研究组与对照组，均56例。研究组接受糖尿病护理小组模式进行干预，对照组则采用常规护理。对两组的护理效果展开对比分析。结果：相较于对照组，研究组在护理后，各项血糖指标显著更低，糖尿病并发症发生率明显降低，汉密尔顿焦虑、抑郁评分显著下降，自我效能评分显著提高，差异均具有统计学意义(P < 0.05)。结论：对糖尿病护理小组模式运用中医特色护理手段，能有效强化患者血糖控制，纠正患者疾病认知，提升自我管理能力，调节负性情绪，促使患者积极配合治疗与护理，进而有效延缓病情进展。

Abstract: Objective: To explore the intervention effect of the diabetes care team model on diabetic patients. Methods: A total of 112 elderly diabetic patients admitted to a hospital in Yiwu from November 2023 to August 2024 were selected. They were divided into a study group and a control group using the random number table method, with 56 cases in each group. The study group received intervention under the diabetes care team model, while the control group received conventional nursing care. The nursing effects of the two groups were compared and analyzed. Results: After nursing, compared with the control group, the study group showed significantly lower glycemic indicators, a significantly lower incidence of diabetic complications, significantly decreased Hamilton Anxiety Scale (HAMA) and Hamilton Depression Scale (HAMD) scores, and a significantly higher self-efficacy score. All differences were statistically significant (P < 0.05). Conclusion: The application of TCM-based characteristic nursing interventions within the diabetes care team model can effectively strengthen blood glucose control, correct patients’ disease cognition, improve self-management ability, regulate negative emotions, promote active cooperation with treatment and nursing, and thereby effectively delay disease progression.
