乡村振兴战略下农村电商人才培养的路径研究
Cultivating the Seeds of Rural E-Commerce: A Pathway to Rural Revitalization
摘要: 在乡村振兴战略背景下,农村电商作为推动农村经济发展、促进农民增收的关键力量,其发展受限于人才短缺问题。本文先剖析乡村振兴与农村电商人才培养的内在联系,指出乡村振兴多维度需求与农村电商价值实现均依赖专业人才支撑。接着分析现状,当前农村电商对多元化、复合型人才需求迫切,但现有高校、政府、企业等培养模式存在理论脱离实际、缺乏持续性、规模有限等问题,还面临培养体系不完善、人才流失、供需矛盾、资源配置不均等挑战。最后提出优化路径,包括构建产教融合培养体系、创新多元协同培养机制、完善人才发展保障体系、构建资源共享协作网络,旨在为乡村振兴培养高素质农村电商人才。
Abstract: Against the backdrop of the rural revitalization strategy, rural e-commerce serves as a key driver for boosting rural economic development and increasing farmers’ income, yet its growth is constrained by a talent shortage. This paper first analyzes the intrinsic connection between rural revitalization and rural e-commerce talent cultivation, pointing out that both the multi-dimensional needs of rural revitalization and the value realization of rural e-commerce rely on the support of professional talents. It then examines the current situation: rural e-commerce is in urgent need of diverse and interdisciplinary talents, but existing talent cultivation models—implemented by colleges and universities, governments, enterprises, and other entities—face issues such as the disconnection between theory and practice, lack of sustainability, and limited scale. Additionally, challenges including an incomplete cultivation system, talent drain, supply-demand imbalance, and uneven resource allocation persist. Finally, the paper proposes optimization paths, including establishing an industry-education integration cultivation system, innovating a multi-stakeholder collaborative cultivation mechanism, improving the talent development support system, and building a resource-sharing cooperation network. These measures aim to cultivate high-quality rural e-commerce talents for rural revitalization.
