摘要: 蒙古族民间舞蹈作为蒙古族传统民族文化的重要组成部分，具有悠久的历史和丰富的文化内涵，承载着蒙古族丰富的文化遗产和精神价值。随着时代的发展进步和文化的交流，蒙古族民间舞蹈文化的传承和创新也正面临着新的挑战和机遇。在传统的蒙古族民间舞蹈中，其舞蹈动作大多是从蒙古族人民的日常生活中演变而来的，例如骑马、打猎、放牧等，具有强烈的民族特色和生活气息。这些舞蹈传承了蒙古族丰富的民族传统，反映了蒙古族人民的生活方式、价值观念、审美情绪，是蒙古族民族文化表现和展示的重要载体。

Abstract: As an important component of traditional Mongolian culture, Mongolian folk dance boasts a long history and rich cultural connotations, carrying the rich cultural heritage and spiritual values of the Mongolian people. With the development and progress of The Times and cultural exchanges, the inheritance and innovation of Mongolian folk dance culture are facing new challenges and opportunities. In traditional Mongolian folk dance, most of the dance movements evolved from the daily lives of the Mongolian people, such as horseback riding, hunting, and herding, possessing strong ethnic characteristics and a strong sense of life. These dances inherit the rich ethnic traditions of the Mongolian people, reflecting their lifestyle, values, and aesthetic sentiments, and are important carriers for the expression and display of Mongolian ethnic culture.
