数字经济时代下电商平台驱动的集成电路人才培养研究——以“芯成果”为例
Research on E-commerce Platform-Driven Integrated Circuit (IC) Talent Cultivation in the Era of Digital Economy—Taking “Xin Chengguo” (Core Achievements) as an Example

摘要: 为解决集成电路领域科研成果落地难、产教融合不足及人才与产业需求脱节的问题,本研究以南京邮电大学打造的“芯成果”电商平台为对象,探索电子商务平台驱动的集成电路人才培养路径。研究通过分析平台的核心功能,结合平台在信息处理、资源整合方面的实践,提出锚定平台需求构建动态培养目标、依托平台资源打造“双师型”队伍、聚焦平台需求重构全产业链课程体系的人才培养策略。结果表明,该平台有效整合了高校科研资源与企业需求,推动了科研成果转化,其人才培养策略缓解了人才与产业需求脱节的困境,为集成电路“产教融合”人才培养提供了实践范例。未来可通过优化平台功能、深化人才培养体系,进一步提升集成电路人才培养质量与产业服务能力。
Abstract: To address the challenges in the integrated circuit (IC) field, including difficulties in translating scientific research outcomes into practical applications, insufficient industry-academia integration, and a mismatch between talent supply and industrial demands, this study focuses on the “Xin Chengguo” (Core Achievements) e-commerce platform developed by Nanjing University of Posts and Telecommunications. It explores an e-commerce platform-driven path for IC talent cultivation. By analyzing the platform’s core functions and combining its practices in information processing and resource integration, the study proposes three talent cultivation strategies. First, establish dynamic training objectives aligned with platform needs. Second, build a “dual-qualification” faculty team relying on platform resources. Third, restructure a full-industry-chain curriculum system focusing on platform requirements. The results show that the platform effectively integrates university research resources with enterprise needs and promotes the transformation of scientific research achievements. Its talent cultivation strategies alleviate the mismatch between talent and industrial demands, providing a practical model for IC talent development through “industry-academia integration”. In the future, optimizing platform functions and deepening the talent cultivation system can further enhance the quality of IC talent training and the ability to serve the industry.
