电子商务信用风险及规避机制研究

摘要: 随着互联网技术的深度普及与数字经济的蓬勃发展,电子商务已成为全球商业活动不可或缺的核心组成部分。然而,其虚拟性、跨地域性和信息不对称性等固有特征,在催生商业新形态的同时,也滋生并加剧了交易过程中的信用风险。这类风险不仅会直接损害交易双方的利益,在深层次上更会侵蚀电子商务市场的信任基础,严重制约其可持续发展。本文旨在系统性地剖析电子商务生态中存在的各类信用风险,从而构建一个综合性的分析框架。首先对信用风险的概念与理论基础进行深入界定,进而从多维度视角深入阐释电子商务信用风险的具体表现形式、特征与生成机理,揭示其复杂性和动态性,在此基础之上立足于系统思维,构建一个涵盖技术驱动、制度保障、市场演化与社会协同的“四位一体”的综合性信用风险规避机制框架,详细阐述其构成要素、运作原理及互动关系,最后提出具有前瞻性和可操作性的分层对策建议,以期为构建安全、可信、高效、充满活力的电子商务生态环境提供坚实的理论支撑与实践指引。
Abstract: With the deep penetration of Internet technology and the vigorous development of the digital economy, e-commerce has become an indispensable core component of global business activities. However, its inherent characteristics, such as virtuality, cross-regional nature, and information asymmetry, while giving rise to new business forms, have also bred and exacerbated credit risks in the transaction process. Such risks not only directly harm the interests of both parties in a transaction but also, at a deeper level, erode the trust foundation of the e-commerce market, severely restricting its sustainable development. This article aims to systematically analyze various credit risks existing in the e-commerce ecosystem and thereby construct a comprehensive analytical framework. Firstly, it provides an in-depth definition of the concept and theoretical basis of credit risk. Then, it elaborates on the specific manifestations, characteristics, and generation mechanisms of e-commerce credit risks from multiple perspectives, revealing their complexity and dynamics. On this basis, it adopts a systems thinking approach to construct a “four-in-one” comprehensive credit risk avoidance mechanism framework that encompasses technology-driven, institutional guarantee, market evolution, and social collaboration. It details the constituent elements, operational principles, and interactive relationships of this framework. Finally, it proposes forward-looking and operational stratified countermeasures and suggestions, with the aim of providing solid theoretical support and practical guidance for building a safe, trustworthy, efficient, and vibrant e-commerce ecological environment.
