新疆民航气象现状与未来展望
Current Situation and Future Prospects of Civil Aviation Meteorology in Xinjiang
摘要: 文章从新疆辖区的气象服务机构、航空气象探测、飞行气象情报的发布与交换、预警预报产品、航空气象服务方式、数值预报、集合预报、航空气象服务方式等方面分析了目前新疆气象发展的现状,结合实际提出了提高新疆区域和航路探测能力、提高预警产品的针对性和准确性、提高信息传递的及时性、增进服务产品与用户系统的融合程度、加强与用户的沟通和交流等意见和建议。旨在针对未来发展趋势,通过系统性的战略布局与规划实施,为新疆民航气象高质量发展提供有力支撑。
Abstract: The article analyzes the current situation of meteorological development in Xinjiang from aspects such as meteorological service institutions, aviation meteorological detection, release and exchange of flight meteorological intelligence, early warning and forecast products, aviation meteorological service methods, numerical forecasting, ensemble forecasting, and aviation meteorological service methods in the Xinjiang region. Based on the actual situation, suggestions and opinions were put forward, such as improving the regional and airway detection capabilities in Xinjiang, enhancing the pertinence and accuracy of early warning products, improving the timeliness of information transmission, increasing the integration degree between service products and user systems, and strengthening communication and exchanges with users. Aiming at the future development trends, through systematic strategic layout and planning implementation, it provides strong support for the high-quality development of civil aviation meteorology in Xinjiang.
