电商平台赋能下农村供应链的整合路径研究

Research on the Integration Path of Rural Supply Chain with the Support of E-Commerce Platform

摘要: 在乡村振兴与数字经济发展的双重背景下，电商平台已成为推动农村供应链整合与升级的重要力量。本文基于供应链整合理论、平台赋能理论与乡村振兴理论，系统分析了当前农村供应链在“主体协同–环节效率–赋能能力”三个维度存在的突出问题，进而构建了一个系统的整合路径框架。该框架提出以“主体整合”为基础，构建“政企商农”协同机制；以“环节整合”为核心，优化“物流 + 信息”双通道；以“能力整合”为驱动，强化技术、资源与模式的全维度赋能。研究表明，电商平台通过系统性赋能，能够有效破解农村供应链的分散化痛点，推动其向协同化、高效化与数字化方向转型，为乡村产业振兴提供可持续的实践方案与理论支撑。

Abstract: Against the dual backdrop of rural revitalization and digital economy development, e-commerce platforms have emerged as a pivotal force in driving the integration and upgrading of rural supply chains. Building upon supply chain integration theory, platform empowerment theory, and rural revitalization theory, this study systematically analyzes prominent challenges in current rural supply chains across three dimensions: “collaborative entities, operational efficiency, and empowerment capabilities.” It subsequently constructs a systematic integration framework comprising three pillars: establishing a collaborative mechanism among government, enterprises, businesses, and farmers through entity integration; optimizing dual channels of logistics and information through process integration; and enhancing comprehensive empowerment through technological, resource, and model integration. The research demonstrates that e-commerce platforms can effectively address the fragmentation issues in rural supply chains through systematic empowerment, facilitating their transformation toward collaborative, efficient, and digitalized operations. This provides sustainable practical solutions and theoretical support for rural industrial revitalization.
