Development and Application of a Handheld Cleaning Apparatus for Tipping Paper Cutters

摘要: 为解决人工采用刀片和毛巾擦拭水松纸切刀效率低下、效果差、不安全等问题，本文介绍一种手持式水松纸切刀清洁装置，结构简单、操作方便，能够提高水松纸切刀清洁效率，降低清洁难度，填补水松纸切刀无专用清洁装置的空白。该装置的投入使用提高了清洁水松纸切刀的安全性，避免人工接触刀片，减少清洁时间，提高生产效率。

Abstract: To address the issues of low efficiency, poor cleaning effect, and safety risks associated with manually cleaning tipping paper cutters using blades and towels, this article introduces a handheld cleaning device for tipping paper cutters, which features a simple structure and convenient operation. It can improve the cleaning efficiency of tipping paper cutters, reduce cleaning difficulty, and fill the gap of no dedicated cleaning device for tipping paper cutters. The investment application significantly enhances the safety of the cleaning process by eliminating direct manual contact with the blades, shortens the cleaning time, and thereby boosts overall production efficiency.
