体育短视频在高校足球课教学中的应用

摘要: 在数字化技术迅猛发展的当代社会,智能手机作为多功能移动终端已深度融入到各个年龄阶段人群的日常生活中。体育短视频具有显著的教学优势:其一,精炼的时长设计符合当代大学生的注意力规律;其二,可视化呈现方式能有效分解复杂的技术动作;其三,社交化传播特性构建了师生互动新场域。这种新型学习方式能够优化我们传统体育课堂的教学模式。研究表明,当代大学生,在自己需要了解某个足球技术环节的时候且身边没有专业人士的情况下,能够及时通过足球教学短视频随时随地获取专业技术指导。因此,这类数字化教学资源能够显著提升学生的学习动机,使我们的足球课堂从被动接受转向主动探索。特别是在技术动作的细节解析、战术意识的培养等方面,短视频教学展现出传统课堂难以比拟的优势。基于新媒体与教育教学的融合发展趋势,探索短视频在高校足球课堂中的应用价值,不仅能够突破单一教师讲授的知识传播局限,更能构建“线上 + 线下”的混合式学习生态,也能为足球技术的系统化教学提供创新解决方案。因此,高校足球教师应当积极整合优质短视频资源,通过构建“观看–模仿–反馈”的学习闭环,全面提升学生的足球技能水平和战术素养,最终实现足球课质量的有效提升。
Abstract: In contemporary society, marked by the rapid development of digital technology, smartphones, as versatile mobile terminals, have become deeply integrated into the daily lives of people across all age groups. Sports short videos possess significant pedagogical advantages: firstly, their concise duration aligns with the attention patterns of modern university students; secondly, their visual presentation effectively deconstructs complex technical movements; and thirdly, their social dissemination features create a new realm for teacher-student interaction. This new learning modality has the potential to optimize the instructional model of our traditional physical education classes. Research indicates that when contemporary university students need to understand a specific football technique and lack access to a professional, they can promptly acquire specialized technical guidance through football instructional short videos anytime and anywhere. Consequently, such digital teaching resources can significantly enhance students’ learning motivation, shifting our football classes from passive reception to active exploration. Particularly in the detailed analysis of technical movements and the cultivation of tactical awareness, short-video instruction demonstrates advantages that are difficult for traditional classrooms to match. Based on the developmental trend of integrating new media with education, exploring the application value of short videos in university football classrooms can not only overcome the limitations of knowledge transmission reliant solely on teacher lectures, but also foster a blended learning ecology combining “online and offline” elements. Furthermore, it can provide innovative solutions for the systematic teaching of football techniques. Therefore, university football instructors should actively integrate high-quality short video resources. By establishing a “viewing-imitation-feedback” learning cycle, they can comprehensively enhance students’ football skill levels and tactical literacy, ultimately achieving an effective improvement in the quality of football courses.
