电子商务背景下智能化养老产品的发展路径研究——基于贵阳市的调研分析
Research on the Development Path of Intelligent Elderly Care Products in the Context of E-Commerce—An Analysis Based on a Survey in Guiyang
摘要: 在人口老龄化与电子商务深度融合的时代背景下,智能化养老产品依托电商平台实现了有效市场渗透,但产业仍面临产品适老性不足、电商服务滞后等问题,导致其制约产业高质量发展。本文以贵阳市为调研区域,通过690份问卷调查、158份深度访谈及6325条电商平台评论文本挖掘,结合银发经济理论与电商运营逻辑,整合相关研究成果,系统分析电商场景下智能养老产品的发展现状与核心瓶颈,并基于其发展现状,从产品创新、电商服务优化、供应链协同、政策保障四个维度提出具体发展路径,为电商赋能智能养老产业提供实践框架,助力银发经济可持续发展。
Abstract: In the era where population aging and e-commerce are deeply integrated, intelligent elderly care products have achieved effective market penetration through e-commerce platforms. However, the industry still faces issues such as insufficient product suitability for the elderly and lagging e-commerce services, which restrict the high-quality development of the industry. This paper takes Guiyang City as the research area. Through 690 questionnaires, 158 in-depth interviews, and the mining of 6325 e-commerce platform comment texts, combined with the theory of the silver economy and the logic of e-commerce operation, it integrates relevant research results, systematically analyzes the current development status and core bottlenecks of intelligent elderly care products in the e-commerce scenario, and based on the current development status, proposes specific development paths from four dimensions: product innovation, optimization of e-commerce services, supply chain collaboration, and policy guarantee, providing a practical framework for empowering the intelligent elderly care industry with e-commerce and facilitating the sustainable development of the silver economy.
