数字化时代背景下商科大学生企业社会责任教育探索

摘要: 商科大学生是企业未来的经营者和管理者,企业社会责任教育一直是商科人才培养的重要内容,数字化时代对商科大学生社会责任教育提出了更高的要求。文章对高校商科大学生企业社会责任教育现状进行了调查和研究,提出了数字时代商科大学生CSR教育面临的挑战。结合学生对CSR教育的反馈,分析了目前商科院校企业社会责任教育存在的问题。最后文章提出了构建新型的CSR培养模式,聚焦于提升学生CSR素养,确立“认知–能力–价值观”三位一体的教育目标。并且从核心课程与CSR教育融合、案例教学与企业实践体验以及教学方法创新等几个方面提出了教学改革路径和优化措施,为普通高校商科教育改革提供新的研究视角。
Abstract: Business majors are the future operators and managers of enterprises, Corporate Social Respon-sibility (CSR) education has always been a crucial part of cultivating business talents. In the digital age, higher requirements have been put forward for the social responsibility education of business majors in universities. This paper conducts an investigation and research on the current situation of CSR education for business majors in colleges and universities, and identifies the challenges of CSR education for business majors in the digital age. Based on students’ feedback on CSR education, the paper analyzes the existing problems in corporate social responsibility CSR education in business colleges. Finally, this paper proposes a new CSR cultivation model that focuses on enhancing students’ CSR literacy and establishes a “cognition-competence-values” trinity educational objective. Furthermore, it proposes teaching reform paths and optimization measures from several aspects such as the integration of core courses and CSR education, case teaching and enterprise practice experience, and the encouragement of innovations in teaching methods. This study provides a new research perspective for the reform of business education in ordinary colleges and universities.
