针灸治疗月经不调的临床研究进展
Progress in Clinical Research on Acupuncture Treatment for Irregular Menstruation
摘要: 月经不调是女性常见疾病，主要表现为周期紊乱，不仅对女性患者的日常生活造成严重的困扰，更有严重的并发症危及生命健康。针灸作为传统中医疗法，在治疗月经不调方面展现出独特优势与良好疗效。本文探讨了月经不调的发病机制以及针灸对月经不调的作用机制，通过对近年来针灸治疗月经不调的临床研究文献进行系统梳理，总结了针刺、热敏灸、耳穴等多种针灸疗法的临床应用效果及研究进展，并对目前研究中存在的问题及未来发展方向进行分析，以阐释针灸治疗月经不调的优势以及未来发展方向。
Abstract: Irregular menstruation is a common disease among women, mainly manifested as cycle disorders, which not only cause serious disturbances to women’s daily lives but also have severe complications that threaten life and health. Acupuncture, as a traditional Chinese medical therapy, shows unique advantages and good efficacy in treating irregular menstruation. This article explores the pathogenesis of irregular menstruation and the mechanism of acupuncture for its treatment. By systematically reviewing recent clinical research literature on acupuncture treatment for irregular menstruation, the clinical effects and research progress of various acupuncture therapies, including needling, moxibustion, and auricular points, are summarized, and the existing problems in current research and future development directions are analyzed, in order to illustrate the advantages of acupuncture in treating irregular menstruation and its future development directions.
