跨境电商支付安全壁垒与消费者信任构建路径研究
Exploring Payment Security Barriers and Strategies for Building Consumer Trust in Cross-Border E-Commerce
摘要: 在全球数字经济蓬勃发展的背景下,跨境电商作为国际贸易的新业态,面临着消费者信任与支付安全的核心挑战。本文旨在深入探究此二者对行业可持续发展的关键作用。研究首先系统阐述了其多维度的重要意义。在微观层面,信任与安全是消费者克服感知风险、完成购买决策的基石;在中观层面,它们构成了平台与卖家获取持续竞争优势的核心资产;在宏观层面,则是推动全球数字贸易普惠发展的关键引擎。然而,跨境电商的跨国界特性为其带来了远比国内电商更为复杂的制约因素。本文进一步剖析了主要挑战,信任构建深受信息不对称、物流复杂、售后困难及法律适用争议的阻碍;支付安全则面临技术漏洞、跨境欺诈高发、数据隐私合规等多重风险。对此,本文最终提出,构建一个健全的信任与安全体系,需从强化信息透明、优化物流与服务、应用先进支付技术、完善风控机制以及推动国际监管协同等多途径着手。唯有通过各方协同共治,才能有效破除发展壁垒,保障跨境电商行稳致远。
Abstract: Against the backdrop of the rapidly growing global digital economy, cross-border e-commerce, as a new form of international trade, faces core challenges related to consumer trust and payment security. This paper aims to explore the critical roles of these two factors in the sustainable development of the industry. The study first systematically elucidates their multidimensional significance: at the micro level, trust and security serve as the foundation for consumers to overcome perceived risks and make purchase decisions; at the meso level, they constitute core assets for platforms and sellers to achieve sustainable competitive advantages; and at the macro level, they act as key drivers promoting the inclusive development of global digital trade. However, the transnational nature of cross-border e-commerce introduces far more complex constraints than domestic e-commerce. This paper further analyzes the main challenges: trust building is hindered by information asymmetry, complex logistics, after-sales difficulties, and legal applicability disputes, while payment security faces multiple risks, including technological vulnerabilities, high incidences of cross-border fraud, and data privacy compliance issues. In response, this paper proposes that establishing a robust system of trust and security requires a multi-pronged approach, including enhancing information transparency, optimizing logistics and services, applying advanced payment technologies, improving risk control mechanisms, and promoting international regulatory coordination. Only through coordinated governance by all stakeholders can the development barriers be effectively overcome, ensuring the long-term stability and growth of cross-border e-commerce.
