农产品电商对农村产业集群升级的影响机制分析
Analysis of the Mechanisms through Which Agricultural E-Commerce Influences the Upgrading of Rural Industrial Clusters
摘要: 本研究以“农产品电商赋能农村产业集群升级”为主题,采用定性研究方法,从理论分析与案例研究层面探讨电子商务影响农村产业集群升级的内在机制。研究旨在阐明数字经济时代,电商如何通过信息流通、市场连接、组织变革与品牌建设等途径重塑农村产业集群价值链,推动产业结构优化与协同创新。基于产业集群理论、数字经济与电商赋能理论以及价值链重构视角,本文构建了系统分析框架。研究发现,电商的介入改变了集群的需求环境、竞争格局与供应网络,提升土地利用效益与农民创业能力,并推动政府扶持方式随之调整,加速产业集群升级。基于机制分析,本文提出推动农产品电商促进集群升级的政策建议,包括加强数字与物流基础设施建设、优化产业链协同、强化品牌与标准化、培育电商人才及完善政策支持体系,以更好发挥电子商务在乡村产业振兴与集群转型中的作用。
Abstract: This study focuses on the theme of “Empowering Rural Industrial Cluster Upgrading through Agricultural E-Commerce” and adopts a qualitative research approach to examine the internal mechanisms through which e-commerce influences the upgrading of rural industrial clusters from both theoretical and case-based perspectives. The research aims to clarify how, in the era of the digital economy, e-commerce reshapes the value chain of rural industrial clusters through enhanced information flows, market connectivity, organizational transformation, and brand building, thereby promoting structural optimization and collaborative innovation. Drawing on industrial cluster theory, the digital economy and e-commerce empowerment framework, and the perspective of value-chain restructuring, this paper constructs a systematic analytical framework. The findings indicate that the introduction of e-commerce has reshaped the demand environment, competitive landscape, and supply networks of rural clusters, improved land-use efficiency and farmers’ entrepreneurial capacity, and prompted adjustments in government support mechanisms, collectively accelerating cluster upgrading. Based on the mechanism analysis, this study proposes policy recommendations to further advance agricultural e-commerce in promoting cluster upgrading, including strengthening digital and logistics infrastructure, enhancing industry-chain coordination, consolidating branding and standardization efforts, cultivating e-commerce talent, and improving policy support systems, so as to better leverage e-commerce in rural revitalization and the transformation of industrial clusters.
