体育短视频对高校学生体育锻炼习惯培养的研究综述
A Review of Sports Short Video Research on the Cultivation of College Students’ Physical Exercise Habits
摘要: 本综述旨在系统梳理与评析国内外关于体育短视频对高校学生体育锻炼习惯培养的影响的相关研究。随着移动互联网与短视频技术的深度融合,体育短视频已成为高校学生获取体育信息、学习运动技能和参与体育社群的重要媒介,对其体育锻炼态度与行为习惯的塑造产生深远影响。本文通过梳理现有文献发现,当前研究主要围绕体育短视频的传播特征、高校学生的使用动机、体育短视频对锻炼习惯培养的影响机制(包括认知、情感、行为三个层面)以及其潜在风险展开。研究表明,体育短视频凭借其内容趣味性、技能可视性、社交互动性等特征,能有效激发高校学生的锻炼兴趣、提升运动知识水平、增强自我效能感,并通过创设在线运动社群促进锻炼行为的坚持。然而,研究也揭示了其潜在负面影响,如信息碎片化导致知识体系不完整、算法推荐造成信息误差、过度关注引发身体意象焦虑等。现有研究存在理论深度不足、研究方法单一(以横断面调查为主)、长期效应考察匮乏以及对负面影响的探讨不深等问题。未来研究应结合传播学、心理学、体育学等多学科理论,构建更综合的分析框架;采用纵向追踪、实验干预等多元化方法深入探究其因果关系与长期效果;并关注个体差异性与平台算法机制的作用,从而为高校及相关部门有效利用体育短视频、规避其风险、科学引导高校学生形成稳定的体育锻炼习惯提供坚实的理论依据与实践指导。
Abstract: This review systematically examines and evaluates domestic and international studies on the impact of sports short videos on cultivating physical exercise habits among college students. With the deep integration of mobile internet and short video technology, sports short videos have become a crucial medium for college students to access fitness information, learn athletic skills, and engage in sports communities, profoundly influencing their attitudes toward exercise and behavioral habits. Through literature review, this study identifies three main research areas: dissemination characteristics of sports short videos, motivations for student usage, and influence mechanisms of sports short videos on shaping exercise habits (covering cognitive, emotional, and behavioral dimensions), along with potential risks. Research demonstrates that sports short videos, leveraging their entertaining content, visual skill demonstrations, and social interactivity, can effectively stimulate college students’ exercise interest, enhance sports knowledge, boost self-efficacy, and promote exercise persistence by fostering online sports communities. However, studies also reveal potential negative effects, such as fragmented information leading to incomplete knowledge systems, algorithm-driven information cocoons, and excessive focus triggering body image anxiety. Existing research faces challenges, including insufficient theoretical depth, limited methodological diversity (primarily relying on cross-sectional surveys), inadequate examination of long-term impacts, and insufficient exploration of negative consequences. Future research should integrate theories from multiple disciplines, including communication studies, psychology, and sports science, to establish a more comprehensive analytical framework. By employing diversified methodologies such as longitudinal tracking and experimental interventions, we can conduct in-depth investigations into causal relationships and long-term effects. Furthermore, attention should be paid to individual differences and the mechanisms of algorithmic platforms. This approach will provide solid theoretical foundations and practical guidance for universities and relevant departments to effectively utilize sports-related short videos, mitigate associated risks, and scientifically guide college students in developing sustainable exercise habits.
