一种税票同步带隔板的研发与应用
Development and Application of a Separator for Tax Voucher Synchronous Belts
摘要: 为解决税票同步带在检查中存在张紧不到位,易出现同步带相互摩擦情况,不利于税票的精准切割,影响整机生产效率等问题,本文介绍一种税票同步带隔板,结构简单、使用方便,能够实现税票同步带分离,不发生干涉。该隔板的投入使用延长了税票同步带的使用寿命,减少更换次数,提高生产效率。
Abstract: To address issues in the inspection of tax voucher synchronous belts—including insufficient tensioning, frequent mutual friction, impaired precision in tax voucher cutting, and reduced overall machine efficiency—this study presents a separator for tax voucher synchronous belts. Characterized by a simple structure and ease of use, the separator enables effective separation of synchronous belts without mutual interference. Its application extends the service life of tax voucher synchronous belts, reduces replacement frequency, and enhances production efficiency.
