罕见肝脏良性肿瘤：肝脏血管平滑肌脂肪瘤的个案报道与文献回顾

Rare Benign Liver Tumor: Case Report and Literature Review of Hepatic Angiomyolipoma

摘要: 本文旨在提高对肝血管平滑肌脂肪瘤(hepatic angiomyolipoma, HAML)的诊治水平。本文通过对一例HAML患者临床诊疗过程进行分析研究，并总结相关诊断与治疗方法。结果发现，HAML是一种由平滑肌细胞、增生血管及脂肪三种不同比例成分构成的罕见良性间叶组织肿瘤。因其发病率较低，且临床及影像学特异性差，因此导致误诊率较高，这给HAML的诊治带来了一定的困难。本文通过对一例HAML患者临床诊疗过程分析研究，总结HAML的诊断和治疗方法，有助于提升对HAML的诊断和治疗水平。

Abstract: This article aims to improve the diagnosis and treatment of hepatic angiomyolipoma (HAML). In this paper, the clinical diagnosis and treatment process of a HAML patient was analyzed and studied, and the relevant diagnosis and treatment methods were summarized. The results showed that HAML was a rare benign mesenchymal tumor composed of three different proportions of smooth muscle cells, proliferating blood vessels and fat. Because of its low incidence and poor clinical and imaging specificity, the misdiagnosis rate is high, which brings some difficulties to the diagnosis and treatment of HAML. In this paper, through the analysis of the clinical diagnosis and treatment process of a patient with HAML, the diagnosis and treatment of HAML are summarized, which is helpful to improve the diagnosis and treatment of HAML.
