社会工作视角下医疗电商赋能老年慢性病管理新路径

A New Path for Chronic Diseases in Elderly Management Empowered by Medical E-Commerce from the Perspective of Social Work

摘要: 我国已进入老龄化社会，在传统管理模式下，医疗资源分配失衡、基层服务能力不足，老年患者还面临“数字鸿沟”与社会支持缺失等问题，供需矛盾突出。医疗电商在政策与技术双重驱动下的快速发展态势，其能够有效弥补传统医疗服务模式的短板。社会工作秉持“助人自助”的核心理念，在提升老年人健康素养等方面具有显著优势。然而，目前关于医疗电商与社会工作协同机制的研究尚显不足。本研究深入剖析二者协同过程中面临的相关困境，探索借助社会工作整合医疗电商及多方资源以破解难题的策略。最终，提出完善多元服务体系、强化技术支持、加强人才培养以及健全政策监管等路径，以推动构建老年慢性病管理的全新格局。

Abstract: China has entered an aging society. Under the traditional management model, the distribution of medical resources is unbalanced, the service capacity at the grassroots level is insufficient, and elderly patients also face problems such as the “digital divide” and the lack of social support. The contradiction between supply and demand is prominent. The rapid development of medical e-commerce, driven by both policy and technology, can effectively make up for the shortcomings of traditional medical service models. Social work adheres to the core concept of “helping others to help themselves” and has significant advantages in enhancing the health literacy of the elderly and other aspects. However, at present, research on the collaborative mechanism between medical e-commerce and social work is still insufficient. This study conducts an in-depth analysis of the related predicaments faced in the process of their collaboration and explores strategies to solve the problems by integrating medical e-commerce and multiple resources through social work. Ultimately, paths such as improving the diversified service system, strengthening technical support, enhancing talent cultivation, and perfecting policy supervision are proposed to promote the establishment of a brand-new pattern for the management of chronic diseases in elderly.
