羟基脲治疗慢性粒细胞白血病伴皮肤鳞癌一例

摘要: 报告羟基脲治疗慢性粒细胞白血病伴皮肤鳞癌一例。患者男，46岁，15年前确诊为慢性粒细胞白血病，给予羟基脲治疗7年后右侧手背皮肤反复溃烂、结痂、脱落不愈，且伴明显疼痛。对溃疡面行活检病理示浸润性鳞癌。诊断：右侧手背皮肤鳞癌，慢性粒细胞白血病。治疗：行放疗及皮肤恶性肿瘤切除植皮术。
Abstract: A case of chronic myeloid leukemia with skin squamous cell carcinoma was reported in the treatment of hydroxyurea. The patient was 46 years old and was diagnosed with chronic myeloid leukemia 15 years ago. After 7 years of treatment with hydroxyurea, the skin on the right hand side repeatedly ulcerated, scabbed, and fell off, accompanied by obvious pain. Biopsy on the ulcer surface pathology showed invasive squamous cell carcinoma. Diagnosis: Squamous cell carcinoma of the right hand, chronic myeloid leukemia. Treatment: radiotherapy and skin grafting surgery for the removal of a malignant skin tumor.
