情绪体验视角下池州市旅游发展现状与策略研究

摘要: 基于情绪体验视角,本研究系统探讨池州市旅游发展现状与优化路径。研究发现,池州旅游资源禀赋优越,涵盖地文、水域、文化等八大主类,具备引发“敬畏感”“治愈感”“怀旧感”等多元情绪价值的潜力。游客调研显示,其在环境维护、人文关怀与行政响应方面获得积极情绪反馈,但仍存在景区物价偏高、设施不完善等问题。当前池州旅游发展面临情绪体验产品体系缺失、资源情绪转化能力不足、服务情绪触点薄弱、营销与体验存在落差等挑战。据此,提出构建情绪导向产品体系、深化情绪场景转化、完善情绪服务标准、强化科技赋能与建立情绪反馈机制等策略,以系统性提升游客情感体验,为池州旅游高质量发展提供理论参考与实践指引。
Abstract: From the perspective of emotional experience, this study systematically explores the current situation and optimization paths of tourism development in Chizhou City. The research reveals that Chizhou boasts superior tourism resource endowments, covering eight major categories including geomorphic, aquatic, and cultural resources, and has the potential to trigger diverse emotional values such as “awe”, “comfort”, and “nostalgia”. Tourist surveys indicate that visitors have positive emotional feedback regarding environmental maintenance, humanistic care, and administrative responsiveness. However, issues such as high commodity prices in scenic areas and inadequate facilities still exist. Currently, Chizhou’s tourism development faces challenges including the lack of an emotional experience product system, insufficient ability to transform resources into emotional value, weak emotional touchpoints in services, and a gap between marketing and actual experience. Based on these findings, strategies are proposed, such as constructing an emotion-oriented product system, deepening the transformation of emotional scenarios, improving emotional service standards, strengthening technology empowerment, and establishing an emotional feedback mechanism. These measures aim to systematically enhance tourists’ emotional experience and provide theoretical reference and practical guidance for the high-quality development of Chizhou’s tourism industry.
