摘要: 自优质护理服务大力推进以来，中医护理技术凭借其独特的辨证施护理念，在临床实践中发挥着关键作用，已然成为丰富护理内涵、提升服务品质的关键依托。然而，在实际运用过程中，鉴于中医护理技术与现代护理流程的融合程度不够、管理机制还不完善，致使其在优质护理服务中的价值没能得到充分呈现。怎样凭借模式创新与管理优化来促使二者深度融合，已然成为中医医院护理工作的关键问题。基于这种情况，本文简要探讨了中医护理技术融入优质护理服务的理论基础与实践途径，对融合模式的构建维度进行了系统分析，并且针对性地提出了管理效能提升策略，期望能为中医医院推动护理服务高质量发展提供实践借鉴。

Abstract: Since the vigorous promotion of high-quality nursing services, traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) nursing techniques have played a pivotal role in clinical practice, thanks to their unique syndrome differentiation and nursing approach. These techniques have become a crucial foundation for enriching nursing connotations and enhancing service quality. However, in practical applications, the insufficient integration of TCM nursing techniques with modern nursing processes and the incomplete management mechanisms have hindered their full realization of value in high-quality nursing services. How to facilitate deep integration through model innovation and management optimization has become a critical issue in nursing work at TCM hospitals. Based on this situation, this paper briefly explores the theoretical foundations and practical approaches for integrating TCM nursing techniques into high-quality nursing services, systematically analyzes the dimensions of integration model construction, and proposes targeted strategies for improving management effectiveness, aiming to provide practical insights for TCM hospitals in advancing the high-quality development of nursing services.
