数字时代农村电商发展现状与优化策略分析
Analysis of the Development Status and Optimization Strategies of Rural E-Commerce in the Digital Era
摘要: 数字时代背景下,农村电商作为连接农业生产与现代消费市场的重要桥梁,已成为推动乡村振兴、促进农民增收致富的重要助推力,其发展日益受到各方的重视与关注。然而,在快速发展的同时,农村电商仍存在一些结构化问题,面临了数字鸿沟、人才技能断层、产品标准化与品牌化不足等多重困境与挑战。在此基础上,本文旨在通过文献分析法,分析当前农村电商发展的现状,探究农村电商发展存在的核心困境,并创新性地提出数字赋能、文化贴合、人才引进、品牌建设等优化对策,期望能为数字背景下农村电商的高质量发展提供理论参考,也为广大农村地区电商实践主体优化运营策略提供有益启示,从而共同助力农村电商实现健康、稳定与可持续的发展。
Abstract: Against the backdrop of the digital era, rural e-commerce, as an important bridge connecting agricultural production and the modern consumer market, has become a key driving force for promoting rural revitalization and increasing farmers’ income and prosperity, and its development has increasingly attracted attention and emphasis from all sectors. However, amid rapid development, rural e-commerce still faces certain structural issues and multiple dilemmas and challenges, such as the digital divide, talent and skill gaps, insufficient product standardization and branding. Based on this, this paper aims to analyze the current development status of rural e-commerce and explore its core predicaments through literature analysis. It innovatively proposes optimization countermeasures including digital empowerment, cultural adaptation, talent introduction, and brand building, hoping to provide theoretical references for the high-quality development of rural e-commerce in the digital context, as well as useful insights for e-commerce practitioners in rural areas to optimize their operational strategies, thereby jointly facilitating the healthy, stable and sustainable development of rural e-commerce.
