中医药治疗遗精的研究进展

摘要: 遗精是男科中常见的一种疾病，遗精的发病原因繁多，现代医学认为遗精的病因包括精神心理方面、炎症刺激等因素，在治疗上以雌激素、抗炎镇静药为主，治疗方法较为单一，药物副作用明显，且易复发。本文从中医的角度，对遗精的病因病机、辩证分型等进行了探讨，并总结了相应的内服外施的治疗方法，旨在为临床治疗遗精提供思路和参考。
Abstract: Spermatorrhea is a common disease in andrology. Its etiology is diverse. Modern medicine holds that the causes include psychological factors, inflammatory stimulation and other factors. Treatment mainly relies on estrogens, anti-inflammatory and sedative drugs, which is relatively singular with obvious side effects and high recurrence rate. From the perspective of traditional Chinese medicine, this paper discusses the etiology, pathogenesis and syndrome differentiation of nocturnal emission, and summarizes the corresponding internal and external treatment methods, aiming to provide ideas and references for clinical treatment of Spermatorrhea.
