临床护士人文护理实践现状及继续教育培训需求多中心调查研究

摘要: 目的:调查了解临床护士人文护理实践现状及继续教育培训需求,为制定人文护理继续教育培训方案提供依据。方法:采用横断面调查,于2024年12月~2025年3月通过便利抽样法依托青岛市人文护理专委会平台,选取青岛市各级医院的945名临床护士,通过护士一般资料调查表、医院人文护理实践现状量表、人文护理继续教育培训需求量表进行问卷调查。结果:共回收有效问卷806份。人文护理实践总得分为(47.03 ± 21.21)分,得分率为27.67%,各维度得分率由高至低依次为人文关怀质量改进(28.21%)、人文关怀实践(28.09%)、人文关怀培训(28.08%)、实践标准(27.54%)和组织体系管理(26.78%)。继续教育培训需求方面,92.80%的护士呼吁建立系统化培训课程,培训内容需求率最高的为“个体情绪管理、自我心理健康维护与职业防护”(95.78%)、“沟通与人际冲突处理”(95.53%)。培训模式偏好理论与实践结合模式(45.78%),培训形式偏好视频学习形式(84.74%)。结论:临床护士人文护理实践水平较低,需从制度完善、分层培训、质量督导、组织支持四方面优化,结合混合教学模式与线上教学形式设计,提升护理团队的人文胜任力。
Abstract: Objective: To investigate and understand the current situation of humanistic nursing practice and continuing education and training needs of clinical nurses, and to provide a basis for the development of humanistic nursing continuing education and training programs. Methods: Using a cross-sectional survey, 945 clinical nurses from hospitals of all levels in Qingdao were selected through a convenience sampling method relying on the platform of Qingdao Humanistic Nursing Specialized Committee in December 2024~March 2025, and questionnaires were conducted through the Nurses’ General Information Questionnaire, the Current Status of Humanistic Nursing Practices in Hospitals Scale, and the Humanistic Nursing Continuing Education and Training Needs Scale. Results: A total of 806 valid questionnaires were recovered. The total score of humanistic nursing practice was (47.03 ± 21.21), with a scoring rate of 27.67%, and the score rates of each dimension, in descending order, were humanistic care quality improvement (28.21%), humanistic care practice (28.09%), humanistic care training (28.08%), practice standards (27.54%), and organizational system management (26.78%). Regarding the demand for continuing education and training, 92.80% of the nurses called for the establishment of systematic training courses, and the highest rate of demand for training content was for “Individual Emotion Management, Self-Mental Health Maintenance and Occupational Protection” (95.78%) and “Communication and Interpersonal Conflict Handling” (95.53%). The training mode preferred the mode of combining theory and practice (45.78%), and the training form preferred the form of video learning (84.74%). Conclusion: Clinical nurses’ humanistic nursing practice level is low, which needs to be optimized in terms of system improvement, stratified training, quality supervision, and organizational support, and combined with the design of mixed teaching mode and online teaching form to improve the nursing team’s humanistic competence.
