算法时代的“自我书写”：小红书自律打卡Plog的实践研究

Self-Writing in the Algorithmic Age: A Practice Study of Self-Discipline Accountability Plogs on Xiaohongshu

摘要: 随着算法社会的崛起及其与社交平台的深度交织，小红书以“你的生活兴趣社区”为定位，汇聚并塑造了青年群体中颇具规模的自律打卡Plog实践。本研究通过系统梳理青年自律打卡Plog的实践过程与行为策略，发现该实践既呈现出自律行为公开化的内在张力，又折射出当代青年在算法规训下的生存境遇复杂性。最终本研究为理解算法时代青年自我管理实践的变迁提供了新的研究视角，也为青年构建健康的数字实践方式提供可行建议，并为社交媒体优化算法生态提供现实参考。

Abstract: With the rise of algorithmic society and its deep integration with social platforms, Xiaohongshu, positioning itself as “your lifestyle interest community”, has gathered and shaped a large-scale practice of self-discipline check-in Plogs among youth groups. By systematically examining the processes and behavioral strategies of youth self-discipline check-in Plog practices, this study reveals that such practices not only exhibit the inherent tension of making self-discipline public but also reflect the complexity of contemporary youth’s lived realities under algorithmic discipline. Ultimately, this study provides a new research perspective for understanding the evolution of youth self-management practices in the algorithmic era, offers practical suggestions for young people to develop healthy digital practices, and supplies real-world references for social media platforms to optimize their algorithmic ecosystems.
