电商服务中消费者权益保护的法律困境与突破
The Legal Dilemmas and Breakthroughs in Consumer Rights Protection in E-Commerce Services
摘要: 随着电商经济的蓬勃发展,越来越多的问题也逐渐显现,尤其是消费者的权益保护问题。本文深入分析了当前电商领域消费者面临的困境有哪些以及相关成因,并结合分析《电子商务法》《消费者权益保护法》等法律法规在现实运用当中存在的困境,以期建立一个更有效、健全的管理模式,完善在线纠纷解决配套机制,促进电商领域消费者权益保护,促进电商领域经济更长远、健康的发展。
Abstract: With the vigorous development of the e-commerce economy, more and more problems have emerged, especially the issue of protecting consumers’ rights and interests. This article deeply analyzes the difficulties faced by consumers in the current e-commerce field and the related causes. It also combines the analysis of the difficulties existing in the practical application of laws and regulations such as the “E-commerce Law” and the “Consumer Rights and Interests Protection Law” to establish a more effective and sound management model, improve the supporting mechanism for resolving online disputes, promote the protection of consumers’ rights and interests in the e-commerce field, and promote the more long-term and healthy development of the e-commerce economy.
