农村土地流转与农业生态安全——基于人地关系视角的理论分析

Rural Land Transfer and Agricultural Ecological Security—A Theoretical Analysis from the Perspective of Human-Land Relations

摘要: 农村土地流转与农业生态安全之间存在着紧密的联系。土地流转制度的实施是未来我国保证粮食安全和促进农业农村发展的重要举措，但是在土地流转制度的实践过程中却产生了一系列影响农业生态安全的负面效应。本文首先回顾了农村土地流转制度的发展历史，剖析了农村土地与农业生态安全的联系，指出当前土地流转中存在的农业生态问题，构建了基于人地关系的理论分析框架，最后提出相应的对策建议，以期为推动农村土地流转制度的不断优化和乡村振兴战略目标的实现做出应有的贡献。

Abstract: There exists a close connection between rural land transfers and agricultural ecological security. The implementation of land transfer systems represents a crucial measure for China to ensure food security and promote agricultural and rural development in the future. However, the practical application of these systems has generated a series of negative effects impacting agricultural ecological security. This paper first reviews the historical development of China’s rural land transfer system, analyzes the relationship between rural land and agricultural ecological security, identifies existing agricultural ecological issues in current land transfers, constructs a theoretical analytical framework based on human-land relations, and finally proposes corresponding countermeasures and recommendations. These efforts aim to contribute to the continuous optimization of the rural land transfer system and the realization of the rural revitalization strategy.
