中药穴位贴敷对妇科腹腔镜术后胃肠功能恢复的临床疗效观察

Clinical Observation on the Efficacy of Traditional Chinese Medicine Acupoint Application in the Recovery of Gastrointestinal Function after Gynecological Laparoscopic Surgery

摘要: 目的：评估中药穴位贴敷在促进妇科腹腔镜术后患者胃肠道功能恢复方面的临床效果。方法：选取2024年6月至2025年6月期间于我院接受妇科腹腔镜手术的82例患者作为研究对象。运用随机数字表法，将患者分为观察组与对照组，每组各41例。其中，观察组患者接受中药穴位贴敷治疗，对照组患者则实施常规护理干预措施。详细记录并对比两组患者的术后首次排气时间、首次排便时间、肠鸣音恢复时间，以及不同时间节点(术后6 h、12 h、24 h、48 h)恶心呕吐的发生情况。结果：数据分析显示，与对照组相比，观察组患者的首次排气时间、首次排便时间以及肠鸣音恢复时间均明显缩短，且组间差异具有统计学意义(P < 0.05)。在恶心呕吐评分方面，两组患者术后6 h (T1)评分无显著差异，但随着时间的推移，术后12 h (T2)、24 h (T3)、48 h (T4)的恶心呕吐评分均呈逐渐下降趋势。进一步分析发现，观察组患者在T1~T4各时间点的恶心呕吐评分均低于对照组，组间差异同样具有统计学意义(P < 0.05)。结论：对于妇科腹腔镜术后患者，采用中药穴位贴敷疗法能够显著缩短其首次排气、排便及肠鸣音恢复时间，有效减轻术后恶心呕吐症状，进而加速患者的康复进程，该疗法在临床实践中具有较高的应用价值。

Abstract: Objective: To evaluate the clinical effect of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) acupoint application in promoting the recovery of gastrointestinal function in patients after gynecological laparoscopic surgery. Methods: A total of 82 patients who underwent gynecological laparoscopic surgery in our hospital from June 2024 to June 2025 were selected as the research subjects. Using the random number table method, the patients were divided into the observation group and the control group, with 41 cases in each group. Patients in the observation group received TCM acupoint application treatment, while those in the control group received conventional nursing intervention. The time of first flatus, first defecation, and recovery of bowel sounds after surgery, as well as the occurrence of nausea and vomiting at different time points (6 h, 12 h, 24 h, and 48 h after surgery) were recorded and compared between the two groups. Results: Data analysis showed that compared with the control group, the time of first flatus, first defecation, and recovery of bowel sounds in the observation group were significantly shortened, and the differences between the groups were statistically significant (P < 0.05). In terms of nausea and vomiting scores, there was no significant difference between the two groups at 6 h after surgery (T1), but the scores gradually decreased over time at 12 h (T2), 24 h (T3), and 48 h (T4) after surgery. Further analysis revealed that the scores of nausea and vomiting in the observation group at each time point from T1 to T4 were lower than those in the control group, and the differences between the groups were also statistically significant (P < 0.05). Conclusion: For patients after gynecological laparoscopic surgery, the application of TCM acupoint therapy can significantly shorten the time of first flatus, first defecation, and recovery of bowel sounds, effectively alleviate postoperative nausea and vomiting symptoms, and accelerate the recovery process of patients. This therapy has high application value in clinical practice.
