躺平、内卷和孔乙己长衫——高职学生交互矛盾心态的路径、机理和对策

摘要: 近年来,学历内卷现象比较普遍,高职学生的学历认知直接影响其学习动力与职业选择。部分学生陷入学历迷茫、努力方向模糊的困境。为此,研究以高职学生为对象,构建相应心态指标,采用问卷调查法,对不同被调研者心态指标之间的相互作用展开分析。结果显示:学生普遍存在“内卷”、“躺平”和“孔乙己长衫”的心态,三种心态之间存在显著的影响关系,共同塑造高职生对学习、生活、努力的满意度感受。
Abstract: In recent years, the phenomenon of academic involution has been quite prevalent. Vocational college students’ perception of academic qualifications directly affects their learning motivation and career choices. Some students are trapped in the dilemma of being confused about academic qualifications and unclear about the direction of their efforts. To address this issue, this study takes vocational college students as the research objects, constructs corresponding mindset indicators, and uses a questionnaire survey method to analyze the interaction between the mindset indicators of different respondents. The results show that students generally have the mindsets of “involution”, “lying flat” and “Kong Yiji’s long gown”, and there are significant influencing relationships among the three mindsets, which jointly shape vocational college students’ sense of satisfaction with their study, life and efforts.
