RCEP背景下重庆市跨境电商企业知识产权保护与对策研究

Research on Intellectual Property Protection and Countermeasures for Cross-Border E-Commerce Enterprises in Chongqing under the RCEP Background

摘要: RCEP协议通过降低贸易壁垒和关税减免，不仅能提供更多的国际贸易渠道，还能降低跨境电商企业区域贸易成本，通过简化海关检验检疫程序和开放服务贸易条款，助力物流、支付等配套服务高效跨境协同，从而推动跨境电商的发展。但跨境电商企业在知识产权保护方面面临着诸多挑战，例如不同国家和地区之间的法律体系、语言和文化差异等问题。本文对RCEP协议下重庆市跨境电商企业的知识产权保护的影响进行分析研究，并提出相应的对策和建议，以期为重庆市跨境电商企业的高质量发展提供理论指导和实践参考。

Abstract: By reducing trade barriers and tariffs, the RCEP agreement not only provides more international trade channels but also lowers the regional trade costs of Cross-Border E-Commerce enterprises. It facilitates efficient Cross-Border collaboration in supporting services such as logistics and payment by simplifying customs inspection and quarantine procedures and opening up service trade clauses, thereby promoting the development of Cross-Border E-Commerce. However, Cross-Border E-Commerce enterprises face many challenges in intellectual property protection, such as differences in legal systems, languages, and cultures between different countries and regions. This paper analyzes the impact of the RCEP agreement on the intellectual property protection of Cross-Border E-Commerce enterprises in Chongqing and puts forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions, aiming to provide theoretical guidance and practical reference for the high-quality development of Cross-Border E-Commerce enterprises in Chongqing.
