肇庆市高校武术长短兵运动协同发展的SWOT分析
SWOT Analysis on the Coordinated Development of Martial Arts with Long and Short Weapons in Colleges and Universities in Zhaoqing City
摘要: 在“文化强国”、“体育强国”战略及粤港澳大湾区协同发展的背景下,武术长短兵作为民族传统体育项目,对传承中华优秀传统文化、丰富高校体育内涵具有重要意义。本文运用文献资料法、实地调查法、SWOT分析法,系统梳理肇庆市高校武术长短兵运动的发展现状,从优势、劣势、机遇、威胁四个维度展开分析,并构建协同发展策略矩阵。研究发现,肇庆市高校具备岭南武术文化根基与局部实践基础,但存在师资短缺、资源不足等问题;需依托政策红利与区域协同机遇,应对外来文化冲击与现代体育竞争。最终提出落实政策保障、搭建协同平台、强化资源供给、深化文化赋能的发展对策,为肇庆市高校武术长短兵运动的可持续发展提供理论参考。
Abstract: Against the backdrop of the “Cultural Power” and “Sports Power” strategies as well as the coordinated development of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area, Wushu Changduanbing (a traditional Chinese martial art involving long and short weapons), as a traditional national sports event, holds significant importance for inheriting the fine traditional Chinese culture and enriching the connotation of physical education in colleges and universities. This paper adopts the methods of literature review, field investigation, and SWOT analysis to systematically sort out the current development status of Wushu Changduanbing in colleges and universities in Zhaoqing City. It conducts an analysis from four dimensions: Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, and Threats, and constructs a coordinated development strategy matrix. The study finds that colleges and universities in Zhaoqing City have a solid foundation in Lingnan Wushu culture and partial practical experience, but they also face problems such as a shortage of professional teachers and insufficient resources. It is necessary to rely on policy dividends and regional coordination opportunities to address the impact of foreign cultures and the competition from modern sports. Finally, the paper puts forward development countermeasures, including implementing policy guarantees, building a coordinated platform, strengthening resource supply, and deepening cultural empowerment, so as to provide theoretical references for the sustainable development of Wushu Changduanbing in colleges and universities in Zhaoqing City.
