摘要: 随着“网络外贸”的快速发展，跨境电商成为国际贸易的重要组成部分。然而，跨境电商领域的知识产权侵权问题日益突出，给知识产权所有者和消费者带来了巨大损失。海关作为知识产权边境保护的重要力量，其保护制度的有效性直接关系到跨境电商的健康发展。本文通过分析跨境电商知识产权海关保护的现状与问题，探讨完善海关保护制度的策略，旨在为提升跨境电商知识产权保护水平提供理论支持和实践指导。

Abstract: With the rapid development of “online foreign trade”, cross-border e-commerce has become a vital component of international trade. However, intellectual property infringement issues in the cross-border e-commerce sector have become increasingly prominent, causing significant losses to intellectual property owners and consumers. As a key force in border intellectual property protection, the effectiveness of customs protection systems directly impacts the healthy development of cross-border e-commerce. This paper analyzes the current status and challenges of customs protection for intellectual property in cross-border e-commerce and explores strategies to improve the customs protection system. It aims to provide theoretical support and practical guidance for enhancing the level of intellectual property protection in cross-border e-commerce.
