数字经济时代中国跨境电商人才培养路径研究
Research on the Cultivation Path of China’s Cross-Border E-Commerce Talent in the Digital Economy Era
摘要: 在数字经济时代,跨境电商已成为推动中国外贸高质量发展的关键力量,然而其裂变式增长与人才供给之间的结构性矛盾日益突出,亟需具备数字素养、国际视野与商业智慧的复合型人才。本文通过分析跨境电商发展新趋势与人才需求的结构性转变,构建了涵盖基础素养、专业技能与战略创新三个维度的核心胜任力模型,并系统剖析当前人才培养中存在的供需错位、课程滞后、产教融合浅层化、师资实战经验不足等问题。在此基础上,提出构建“政–行–企–校”多元协同的培养路径,包括构建协同机制、重构课程体系、创新教学模式、打造师资队伍、设计评价体系、完善保障机制等,以推动人才培养体系与产业需求的深度融合,为我国跨境电商持续创新与全球竞争力提升提供人才支撑。
Abstract: In the digital economy era, cross-border e-commerce has become a key force driving the high-quality development of China’s foreign trade. However, the structural contradiction between its rapid growth and talent supply is increasingly prominent, creating an urgent demand for inter-disciplinary talents possessing digital literacy, a global perspective, and business acumen. By analyzing the new trends in cross-border e-commerce development and the structural shifts in talent demand, this paper constructs a core competency model encompassing three dimensions: fundamental literacy, professional skills, and strategic innovation. It systematically examines existing problems in talent cultivation, including the mismatch between supply and demand, outdated curricula, superficial industry-education integration, and a lack of practical experience among faculty. Building on this analysis, the paper proposes the establishment of a multi-collaborative cultivation path involving “government, industry, enterprises, and universities”. This path includes building collaborative mechanisms, restructuring the curriculum system, innovating teaching models, developing a high-quality teaching team, designing an evaluation system, and improving safeguard mechanisms. The aim is to promote the deep integration of the talent cultivation system with industry needs, thereby providing talent support for the sustained innovation and enhanced global competitiveness of China’s cross-border e-commerce sector.
