电商赋能视角下乡村聚落演变与民宿发展的互构机制研究

Research on the Co-Construction Mechanism of Rural Settlement Evolution and Homestay Development from the Perspective of E-Commerce Empowerment

摘要: 围绕乡村聚落演变驱动机制，剖析电商经济渗透、经济发展、技术进步等多重因素对聚落的影响，阐述资源盘活型、社区共建型等典型乡村民宿发展模式。深入探究聚落演变与民宿发展的内在关联与互动机制，以电商全链条赋能为核心，从空间布局优化、产业融合升级、社区参与深化、生态文化传播、营销渠道拓展等维度，系统分析电商赋能下的发展路径，为乡村民宿借助聚落演变契机实现可持续发展、助力乡村振兴提供参考。

Abstract: Focusing on the driving mechanisms of rural settlement evolution, this study analyzes the impacts of e-commerce economy penetration, economic development, technological progress, and other multifaceted factors on settlements. It elaborates on typical rural homestay development models, such as resource revitalization and community co-construction. By delving into the intrinsic connections and interaction mechanisms between settlement evolution and homestay development, the study systematically explores development pathways under e-commerce empowerment. Centered on the full-chain empowerment of e-commerce, it conducts a comprehensive analysis from dimensions including spatial layout optimization, industrial integration and upgrading, deepened community participation, ecological culture dissemination, and marketing channel expansion. The findings provide references for rural homestays to achieve sustainable development and contribute to rural revitalization by leveraging the opportunities presented by settlement evolution.
